COVID-19

Are you interested in how we are handling church-life in the current COVID-19 era? Here are a few things we are doing as we continue to pursue gathering together:

  1. Sunday Mornings. Currently, we are meeting in two forms: in-person, and online Zoom meetings.
Online: The online Zoom meetings are open to anyone and we stream worship and the Sunday sermon. One easy way to attend our Zoom is to follow us on Facebook! We post the link to our meeting every Saturday afternoon. You can also contact us if you are not on Facebook.
In-Person: Attending the in-person meetings is currently first come, first served. We have socially distanced seating provided that meets our local guidelines. We also ask that attendees wear masks when entering/leaving the building, and moving about away from their seats. As the weather permits, we are moving our fellowship outside. During this time, we do not have Children's Ministry for our in-person gathering, but children are welcome and encouraged to attend and sit with their families.
Digital Bulletin: Let us know if you'd like to receive our weekly digital bulletin, which includes Zoom links, in-person meeting details, and other information about out church life. It is sent every week on Saturday afternoon.
  2. Discipleship Groups. Our small groups are divided into two modes, just like our meetings. Groups that meet entirely in person and groups that meet entirely on Zoom. We currently have two groups for each mode. If you are interested in learning more about participating in a Discipleship Group, let us know!
  3. Holy Fire Worship Nights. We have started meeting again to worship and pray together! Currently this is happening in socially distanced fashion at the Forge. We are glad to meet together in this way again! Contact us if you'd like more information.
  4. Misc. Meetings. We are trying to use Zoom to its full capacity in order to accommodate other meetings we may have. Our ladies have hosted several events via Zoom, and our advisory team now meets on Zoom as well. We are grateful to have this tool in helping us come together despite differing needs!

Peace in the pandemic

Pastor Mark has been encouraging our congregation with these frequent email newsletters. We know they have served many of our members during this time and want to make them available to anyone.
