Safe Families for Children

We seek to follow the biblical command in Jeremiah 29:7 to "seek the welfare of the city" where God has sent us. This includes both physical and spiritual well-being. One way we do this is through participating in Safe Families for Children, a ministry which "creates extended family-like supports for families facing a crisis through a community of compassionate volunteers to keep children safe and families together." Rancho 3M Orphanage

Every 6-12 months we take a team to a town east of Juarez, Mexico to "visit orphans... in their affliction" as described in James 1:27. Rancho 3M is a Christian orphanage and school which provides care and education for approximately 40 orphans and another 80 students. To find out more about Rancho 3M, visit their website.
